From four to 400 guests, Events by Marguerite specializes in a wide array of events including weddings, corporate and charity events, birthdays, as well as engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, events hosted at private homes – and the list goes on! The best part about these custom planning services is that they are tailored to each client’s vision to create events unique to YOU.

 

Having a professional throughout the planning process is essential. Our experience with details, both large and small, is invaluable. We make sure nothing “falls through the cracks” – even with the most organized client. Additionally, we know the questions to ask and logistics to think about, regardless of the event size or type.

 

 

Advocating for you throughout the planning process, and executing an organized and well-thought-out event, is our main mission.

 

Here are our two most common service options – each one is customized to your specific needs for your event:

 

Event Management 

 

We will work side by side with each client to answer any questions, assist in bringing your design ideas to fruition through vendor introductions, and ensure that the event you envisioned comes to life. 

 

Event Management includes access to all of our planning documents and to our carefully curated vendor list that can be tailored to your needs and budget. This also includes management of all rental orders, venue logistics, and transportation.

 

For weddings, I will organize and lead the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the event, oversee the wedding day timeline and details, and coordinate all day-of logistics and vendors.

 

For all other types of events, I will be onsite to coordinate day-of logistics and vendors.

 

Full Planning 

 

For those looking for an all-inclusive, stress-free event planning experience, Full Planning is the way to go! With this option, we create your wedding vision and design together and I execute the planning and event for you. 

 

Full Planning includes assistance with budget breakdown, vision board, design oversight, collection of vendor proposals,

contract negotiations with venue and vendors, assistance with scheduling vendor meetings, mock-ups, tastings, and more!

 

For weddings, I will organize and lead the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the event, oversee the wedding day timeline and details, and coordinate all day-of logistics and vendors.

 

For all other types of events, I will be onsite to coordinate day-of logistics and vendors.
