Having a professional throughout the planning process is essential. My experience with details, both large and small, is invaluable. I make sure nothing “falls through the cracks” – even with the most organized client. I know the questions to ask and logistics to think about, regardless of the event size or type. 


While I know that the planning process can be challenging, as I’ve had experience with rain, altitude, a pandemic, electrical issues, family politics, and venues with no cell service (just to name a few), I am always ready for and can handle anything thrown my way. I anticipate the possibility of last-minute issues and changes and am prepared for them.

I understand the importance of timing, logistics and details, and prioritize responding and

following up in a timely manner.

In addition to ensuring every event is beautifully executed, my favorite part of any occasion is

witnessing each client’s satisfaction when their vision comes to fruition. I became an event planner because I love making sure that the envisioned event comes to life.

I keep my clients on the right track during the planning process using an online platform that has all of our planning tools. This includes a monthly planning checklist, worksheets for budget and guestlist, preferred vendor lists, and tons of other wedding planning resources.

I manage the daily communications with your venues and vendors and act as your liaison for any issues or questions that arise.

Depending on the level of involvement your event requires, I also offer full event design, design execution, vendor selection, guest experience management and more. The best part of my planning services is that they are custom to YOU!


On event day, you get the FULL SERVICE experience. My team and I are there from start to finish. All of my packages include me (lead planner) plus an assistant. We want to make sure that you are really able to concentrate on enjoying the day and being present with all of your friends and family! We are there to manage all details, setup and logistics. We are walking you through the timeline, you never have to look at your watch to see what you should be doing next.


We are personally directing vendors, you and your guests through the timeline and event locations all day and evening long. We are here so you don't have to worry about any of these things at all!
