*All of my packages are named after the 14,000 feet tall mountains in Colorado, ranging from the “smallest” at 14,001 feet tall, to the largest 14er which is 14,439 feet tall*

 

SUNSHINE PEAK PACKAGE

This package focuses solely on the MONTH-OF logistics and begins 60 days prior to your event date. We make sure all of the hard work you put into planning is executed properly. We also ensure that everything runs smoothly from the moment your first vendor arrives until the last one leaves. We want nothing more than for you to focus on your sweetie, enjoy your guests, and have fun! 

 

SERVICES PRIOR 

• Initial consultation and introduction to Google drive and planning spreadsheet • Sharing our preferred vendor list 
• Detailed wedding day timeline • Follow-up phone calls /emails to all contracted vendors  • Detailed emcee announcement sheet
• Review of final guest count, guest list and floor plan • Confirmation of ceremony processional details
• Itemized list of inventories and set up details

 

DAY OF SERVICES 

  • Direct ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the ceremony (2 hours maximum)

  • One lead planner plus one assistant coordinator on-site, day-of 

  • One site visit and attendance to one vendor meeting of your choice

  • Coordination of site setup and breakdown details 

  • Troubleshoot and act as behind-the-scenes manager throughout the day

  • Supervise vendors as they arrive and set everything up

  • Distribute bridal party flowers and pin boutonnieres 

  • Greet and direct guests upon arrival to ceremony/reception 

  • Organize favors, place cards, gift table, registry, and personal décor 

  • Cue and direct musicians for ceremony processional, cocktail hour, wedding party introductions, and special dances (first dance, father/daughter, mother/son, etc.)

  • Confirm wedding license is signed 

  • Line up wedding party for ceremony processional and reception introductions 

  • Cue and direct individuals listed for toasts, blessings and speeches 

  • Coordinate cake cutting

  • Facilitate couple departure 

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors 

  • Provide “bridal emergency kit” 

 

WISDOM PEAK PACKAGE

Looking for direction but still want to be involved in every aspect of your big day? This PARTIAL planning package takes “Month-of coordination” a step further. It includes more support and assistance throughout your planning process which means that regardless of where you are in your planning, we are ready to step in and take the reins. We will assist with your vendors, rentals, and transportation, and will refine the details to ensure that a solid plan is in place for your big day! 

 

ALL SERVICES FROM SUNSHINE PEAK PACKAGE PLUS THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Specialized Venue/Vendor recommendations 

  • Unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls from start of contract 

  • Two site visits and attendance to two vendor meetings of your choice

  • Assistance with rental order and floor plan

  • Assistance with transportation logistics

  • Review of vendor contracts and confirmation of all details

 

QUANDARY PEAK PACKAGE

From managing your budget to selecting your additional vendors, we will take care of all of the logistics and craft a magical day to remember. Let us handle all the planning details so you can relax and enjoy your big day!

  • Assistance in determining your wedding vision and style

  • Assistance with budget planning, determination, and breakdown

  • Contact, collect proposals from, and book vendors

  • Vendor contract negotiations

  • Two site visits and attendance to scheduled vendor meetings depending on availability

  • Management of event rental order

  • Management of transportation logistics

  • Assistance with scheduling vendor appointments and creating week/weekend itineraries

  • Thorough communication with vendors throughout the planning process

  • Creation (to scale) of reception space floor plan

MT. ELBERT PACKAGE

This WEEKEND PLANNING PACKAGE has all the bells and whistles! With this level of service, we work with you to plan and design every aspect of your weekend – start to finish. This includes your rehearsal dinner planning, as well as your full weekend itinerary. We’ll handle all the details so you can relax – all weekend long! 

 

ALL SERVICES FROM QUANDARY PEAK PACKAGE PLUS THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Assistance with booking and managing guest accommodations

  • Assistance with preparing and delivering guest welcome bags

  • Assistance in designing invitations, table numbers, guest registry, assigned seating display, floral arrangements, etc. 

  • Booking your bridal party’s weekend activities

  • Rehearsal dinner planning

  • Morning after brunch planning

*Each package includes one lead and one assistant coordinator with up to 10 hours of day-of coverage. Client will be billed for any additional hours needed.*


*Each package is based on a guest count of 150 people or less. Depending on the venue, if the guest count exceeds 150, you will be charged for an additional on-site staff member. Additionally, Events by Marguerite reserves the right to bill (after client notice) for additional staff members if the logistics of the event requires extra hands, even if the guest count remains at 150 people or less. Site visit determines details and Events by Marguerite staffing logistics.*
